You agree the following;

when downloading and using the stems requested for songs written and produced by Basil Simon.

2. If your final published version of >song name< relies completely on the provided stems then you agree to add a credit in all published recording and song information as follows: ‘Producer: Basil Simon – musical life coach’
3. If your final published version of >song name< relies partly on the provided stems then you agree to add a credit to all published recording and song information as follows: ‘co-produced by: Basil Simon – musical life coach’
4. In the case where the final backing music recording relies solely on a remix of the provided stems 50% of all revenues accrued from downloads of >song name< will be issued to Basil Simon via paypal or direct bank transfer once received by you.
5. In the case where the final backing music recording relies partly on a remix of the provided stems, (additional hooks or musicality is added by another writer) 25% of all revenues accrued from downloads of >song name< will be issued to Basil Simon via paypal or direct bank transfer once received by you.
6. You will not use or allow the usage of >song name< in any project or public promotion that contravenes the Basil Simon definition of good
7. You agree to inform Basil Simon of any approach made by third parties in respect to license requests for the usage of >song name< for film/advertising/corporate/business or any other purpose prior to making any agreements.
8. The license issued to you is non transferable. You will direct all enquiries in regards to the intellectual rights of >song name< to Ba***@ba********.com or provide the latest contact telephone number you have for Basil Simon.
9. You will smile every time you hear >song name<!
